Join The Green Army
The Green Army is a student booster group aimed at igniting school spirit and fostering pride for Sacramento State and Hornet athletics. The purpose of the Green Army is to provide an atmosphere of spirit and excitement at Hornet athletics events.
Who Can Join the Green Army?
The Green Army is a student organization so all Sacramento State students are eligible to join.
How do I Join the Green Army?
The Green Army is signing up new members at booths located in the library quad each Wednesday and Thursday prior to each Hornet home football game or in the Green Army Student Tailgate area in the Hornet Stadium parking lot (located just outside Gate 3) for two hours prior to football game kickoff. You can also and providing us with your name, e-mail address, and your year in school.
Why should I Join the Green Army?

- Information on Hornet athletic contests as well as exclusive member-only events
How much does it cost me to attend Hornet athletic events?
All regular season home events for Sacramento State's 20 intercollegiate sports are FREE for students to attend with a valid One Card.
